EG Functions uses account information to operate event requests, approvals, payment follow-up, QR ticket issuance and event check-in.

Account information

Account creation requires email address, full name, age, school name and an Instagram profile link. Authentication credentials are handled through the configured authentication provider.

Ticket and entry information

We store ticket requests, payment preference, approval status, issued ticket identifiers and check-in status. QR ticket codes are unique to each issued ticket and are used to validate entry.

Payments

The website does not collect card or bank credentials. EG Functions contacts accepted guests directly with verified payment instructions for supported payment methods.

This is starter policy text. Have the final policy reviewed for the legal entity operating EG Functions, the event rules, data retention practices and applicable Egyptian requirements before collecting real customer data.
