Ticket terms

Submitting a ticket request is not a completed sale and does not guarantee admission.

Account required

Ticket requests must be submitted from an EG Functions account with accurate information.

Approval and payment

A request may first be accepted for payment. EG Functions then contacts the guest. A request is finally approved only after EG Functions verifies the required payment.

QR ticket

Each finally approved ticket receives a unique QR code. Each QR is valid for one entry only. Screenshots or copies do not create additional valid admissions; the first successful check-in consumes that ticket.

Admission

Entry remains subject to the event's announced age, identification, conduct, venue, safety and capacity rules.

Before launch

Publish event-specific refund, cancellation, rescheduling and transfer rules before collecting payment, and have the final terms reviewed for the business operating the event.
